A booked appointment is considered Confirmed.
A reminder, to the e-mail provided, will be sent; however, not receiving e-mails due to spam, old address, etc... will not be excused to waive any cancelation fees.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we'd appreciate a text prior to 24-hours of your appointment time. This allows us to give your reservation to another client (with amp time).
Please be early or on time to avoid losing your appointment.
If you need to cancel, please give us amp notice. However, appointments that no-show or cancel within 24-hours, or less, from your appointment time, will be charged 50% of the full service price.
We currently do not require a credit card to hold reservations; however, reoccurring policy violators will be subjected to the cancelation of all future appointments, without prior notice. Clients may also be required to pay in advance for all future appointments.

When booking your sugaring service, you acknowledge the policy & what's expected.
At Rebellious Sugar Studio, we have a strict policy when it comes to sugaring. Skin & body areas are areas & parts in which everyone has. We respect every client & their privacy & expect the same in return. We understand this can be an eccentric service, especially if it’s your first time getting sugared in your nether regions, but our Sugarist aims to make everyone as comfortable as possible during their service. We provide our clients with a professional service & we ask that our clients respect our Sugarist’ & their profession.
We do our best to make everyone comfortable & may do it with humor; however, at the same time we are professional & want to make sure everyone is comfortable as well. If a client makes our staff uncomfortable, we will remove you from the service & the client will not be allowed to book the service again.

t can be worked with. Erections usually die of natural causes such as pain. We understand that friction is friction, & some areas may be a bit more sensitive than others; however our Sugarist will remain professional throughout the entirety of the service.
We are trained professionals & can get the hair off your skin with or without an erection. Please refrain from attempting to purposefully create an erection.
Our Refund & Returns Policy Period is 7 Days.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Services are exempt from being returned. If you feel that a service was not to the upmost standards expected of Rebellious Sugar Studio, please e-mail rebellioussugarstudio@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. We will respond within 24 hours.
